COMC Mailbox Destination Address Update 

We have an important update to share with users of the COMC Mailbox service. 

As part of a long-term effort to improve how quickly and efficiently cards move through COMC, the destination address for COMC Mailbox submissions has changed. Cards that were previously sent to our Redmond, WA location should now be sent to our Algona, WA facility. The new mailing address is listed on our COMC Mailbox page. If you have previously saved the address in your PayPal account, please be sure to update it there as well

Why the Change?

Over the past several years, COMC has been working toward a long-term goal: consolidating all of our operations into a single, centralized location. We’re excited to share that this plan is now fully realized at our Algona facility, which, at 200,000 square feet, is the largest card warehouse in the hobby. 

For the first time, all COMC operational teams are working together under one roof. This allows us to reduce internal transit time for cards, streamline workflows, and improve overall efficiency across the board. 

What This Means for Customers

This consolidation is a positive step for both COMC and our customers. By eliminating unnecessary movement between facilities and taking full advantage of our large, purpose-built Algona warehouse, we’re able to: 

  • Reduce time in transit once cards arrive 
  • Improve consistency and reliability in processing 
  • Continue scaling the COMC Mailbox service more effectively 

Because our Algona facility is located close to our previous operations, customers should not see any changes to shipping rates based on distance.
