COMC is hitting the road, bringing our services directly to trading card and collectible shows across the U.S. and Canada. Guide: How to prep your consignments for drop-off at shows
- All submissions must include complete, accurate printed paperwork created through the Submission Wizard. On Step 5, select “Drop Off @ [Event Location]” (for example: Houston, TX – Tristar Houston Sports Collectors Show) to help speed up processing.
- Submissions must be packed securely. We accept one-row boxes (800-count or smaller). For larger submissions, two-row shoe boxes are allowed. Multi-row boxes (3–5 row) and loose cards are not accepted. Improperly packed submissions will be declined.
- Please provide a realistic estimated value for your submission for insurance purposes. There is no fee for using the actual estimated value.
- Submissions close one hour before the show ends each day.
- Allow 2–3 weeks for event submissions to arrive at our Algona, WA facility. Your cards will be entered into your account and begin processing after arrival.
- For large submissions (3,000+ raw cards or 250+ graded cards), prior approval is required. Please send us a message before the event. Large submissions without approval will not be accepted.
- COMC aims to be available during VIP hours but may not always be able to do so. Our team will always be available during public show hours.
- Onsite event promotions, including submission discounts, do not stack with other promotions. You will automatically receive the best available offer.
- COMC does not accept comic book submissions at onsite events. Comics must be submitted through our standard online process.
