Direct-to-Cash and Cash eBay Auctions: What You Need to Know

We’re introducing two new auction options designed to give sellers faster, more direct access to cash. These changes make our auction offerings simpler and more competitive with the broader market.

Direct-to-Cash Auctions

  • How it works: When you create a new submission, you can now select “Direct-to-Cash.” Your cards will be listed on eBay within 1-2 weeks. Bidding will start at $9.99
  • Payouts: After the card sells, you’ll receive a cash payout based on the final sale price:
  • Under $1,000 → 92% minus $5.00
  • Over $1,000 → 95%
  • Fee: $5.00 per item for items less than $1,000, charged post-sale, must configure payout options prior to submission

Best for: Sellers who want the most direct path to cash, especially for higher-value cards.

Cash eBay Auctions

  • How it works: Already have cards in your COMC inventory? With Cash eBay Auctions, you can list them directly without resubmitting. Bidding will start at $9.99
  • Payouts: The same variable structure as Direct-to-Cash: 92–95% depending on sale price, with a $5 per-item fee for items under $1,000.

Benefit: Flexibility for current COMC users who want to move existing inventory for cash.

Why We Added These Options

  • More competitive payouts for higher-value cards, up to 95%
  • Faster access to cash without requiring store credit conversions
  • Simpler choices by replacing older auction types with clear cash or credit options

When to Choose Cash Auctions

  • You’re selling a premium card and want maximum payout.
  • You need faster liquidity instead of store credit.
  • You want a transparent, easy-to-understand structure.

Bottom line: Direct-to-Cash and Cash eBay Auctions give you a faster, more competitive way to turn your cards into money. Whether you’re submitting new cards or selling from your COMC inventory, these options make it easier to get paid your way.
