Consignment Drop-Offs

COMC will be accepting drop-off submissions at all events to help consignors save on the cost of shipping. We will be accepting submissions using all of our service levels.

Please carefully read the instructions below for best practices for prepping your consignments for drop-off:

  1. All submissions must have complete and accurate printed paperwork by using our Submission Wizard. Use the “Drop Off @ “Event Location” i.e. Houston, TX – Tristar Houston Sports Collectors Show” option on step 5 of the submission wizard to expedite processing.
  2. Ensure your submission is packed securely. We will only accept one-row boxes (such as 550 count or 800 count boxes). For large submissions, two row shoe boxes will be accepted. Larger, multi-row boxes, such as 3, 4 or 5 row boxes will not be accepted. Submissions that are not prepared and packed properly will be declined.
  3. Please provide a realistic estimated value for your card submissions, as this information is essential for insurance purposes in the event of loss, theft, or damage. There is no cost or fee associated with using an actual estimated value, ensuring accurate coverage for your cards.
  4. The cut-off time for accepting submissions at all events is one hour before the show ends each day.
  5. Please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for consignments submitted at each event to reach our Redmond, WA facility. Your submissions from the event will be entered into your account and begin processing during that time period post the event.
  6. If you plan to drop off a submission of 3,000 or more raw cards, or 250 or more graded cards at any of our onsite events, please contact staff@comc.com prior to the event for approval. Large submissions of 3,000 cards or more may require additional coordination and staffing and will not be accepted without approval. Submissions larger than the maximums listed above, that are made without first getting approval, will be declined.
  7. COMC strives to be available during VIP hours at onsite events, but this may not always be possible. However, we will always be accessible during public hours at onsite events. If we are unavailable during VIP hours, please visit our booth during public hours at the event.
  8. Promotions offered at onsite events, including submission discounts, DO NOT STACK with other current promotions. This includes Fresh Pulls and any other active promotional offers. Users will get the best promotion available to them.
  9. COMC does not accept comic book submissions at any onsite events. Please submit comics through our standard online submission process.

As the countdown to the show continues, stay tuned for more updates about COMC’s presence at all events by following COMC on social media on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
