The 2024 MLB Lead-Off Auction Event is Here!

COMC Auctions is partnering with eBay to promote an exclusive baseball auction event to lead-off the 2024 MLB season with some amazing baseball cards!

As part of this exclusive event, COMC Auctions will be running this baseball auction event from March 3rd through March 10th, 2024. This baseball promotion is the ideal opportunity to increase the visibility of your auction consignments during all the hype of MLB Spring Training!

Cards submitted to auction via COMC will receive a maximized number of views throughout the auction event. Below you’ll find all the information you need to get started, and even if you’re new to COMC, there’s still time to register for a free account!

COMC users have multiple options for submitting cards. Whether you already have cards consigned with us to submit to auction, or you are considering sending cards to COMC specifically for this event, details and key dates are listed below.

Mail-In Submissions

Domestic mail-ins must be received at COMC by 2/16 to be eligible for this event.

Must be delivered to Redmond, WA location.

Canadian mail-ins must be received at COMC by 2/9 to be eligible for this event.

To create a new mail-in auction submission, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your COMC account or register for a new COMC account
  2. Click Start New Submission in the Seller Menu on the COMC Dashboard
  3. Select the 2024 MLB Lead-Off Auction Event processing service.

Item Transfers

If you already have Elite baseball cards in your COMC Inventory Manager, you can send them to auction in just a few clicks! You must transfer them to auction by the end of the day on February 26th and select the 2024 MLB Lead-Off Auction Event option when transferring your items to auction. Only items already processed through our Elite consignment service may be transferred to our MLB Lead-Off Auction Event.

Items must be Elite & transferred to auction by 2/26 to be eligible for this event.

Click on the Actions button for a given item in your inventory and then select Send to Auction to begin the auction transfer process:

Then select 2024 MLB Lead-Off Auction Event for the eBay auction service.

After transferring your cards, they are locked for auction. You may check for a start date or monitor an auction’s status via the Auction History page.

Important Auction Reminders

As you consider participating in this exciting auction event, there are a few key reminders we’d like to share:

  • The minimum fee per auction, regardless of the final sale price, is $3.50. We recommend submitting cards to auction that will reach a final sale price of $20 or more.
  • There are no cancellations once we receive your auction submissions.
  • Only Baseball cards are eligible for this specific auction event.
  • Items must be submitted at our Elite level or Reprocessed as Elite to be submitted for inclusion.
