eBay Auction Event: 2023 Holiday Season!

COMC Auctions is partnering with eBay to promote an exclusive auction event to celebrate the 2023 Holiday Season!

As part of this exclusive event, COMC Auctions will be featured on eBay’s homepage from December 3rd through December 10th. This promotion is the ideal opportunity to increase the visibility of your auction consignments as the 2023 Holiday Season approaches! Submissions are open to ANY cards valued at $100+. This is event is open to all sports and categories, including Baseball, Hockey, Football, Marvel, Pokémon, Lorcana, and Non-sports.

Cards submitted to auction via COMC will receive a maximized number of views throughout the auction event. Below you’ll find all the information you need to get started, even if you’re new to COMC, there’s still time to register for a free account!

COMC users have multiple options for submitting cards. Whether you already have cards consigned with us to submit to auction, or you are considering sending cards to COMC specifically for this event, details and key dates are listed below.

Mail-In Submissions

Both domestically and internationally shipped cards MUST be received at COMC’s Redmond, WA location by the end of the day on 11/17/2023 to be included in the promotion. Items sent to our Canada office will not be included in the event.

Items must be received at COMC by 11/17 to be eligible for this event.

To create a new mail-in auction submission, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your COMC account or register for a new COMC account
  2. Click Start New Submission in the Seller Menu on the COMC Dashboard
  3. Select the 2023 eBay Holiday Auction Event processing service.

Elite Item Transfers

Items must be transferred to auction by 11/27 to be eligible for this event.

If you already have cards in your COMC Inventory Manager, you can send them to auction in just a few clicks! You must transfer them to auction by the end of the day on 11/27/2023 and select the Holiday 2023 eBay Auction Event option when transferring your items to auction.

Click on the Actions button for a given item in your inventory and then select Send to Auction to begin the auction transfer process:

Then select 2023 eBay Holiday Auction Event for the eBay auction service.

After transferring your cards to auction, they are moved from your Inventory Manager to the Grading Submissions page in your COMC account. Once one of your auctions is scheduled, you can monitor it via the Auction History page.

Only items already processed through our Elite consignment service may be transferred to our 2023 eBay Holiday Auction Event. If you’d like to reprocess an item as Elite in order for it to be included in this promotion, you must submit it for Elite reprocessing by the end of the day on 11/23/2023.

Important Auction Reminders

As you consider participating in this exciting auction event, there are a few key reminders we’d like to share:

  • The minimum fee per auction, regardless of the final sale price, is $3.50. We only recommend submitting cards to auction that will reach a final sale price of $100 or more.
  • There are no cancellations once we receive your auction submissions.
