Race to Black Friday 2026 Promotion Official Rules 

1. Promotion and Sponsor 

These official rules (“Official Rules”) govern the Race to Black Friday 2026 Promotion (“Promotion”), sponsored and administered by Check Out My, LLC with its principal place of business at 650 Milwaukee Ave N, Algona, WA 98001 (“COMC”). The Promotion consists of a single consignment points competition (“Points Competition”). COMC has not increased any consignment fee, service charge, or other price in connection with the Promotion.  

CONSIGNMENT OF AT LEAST ONE ELIGIBLE CARD IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN AND WIN A PRIZE IN THIS PROMOTION. THERE IS NO FREE METHOD OF PARTICIPATION. WINNERS ARE DETERMINED BY POINTS EARNED AND BY THE PUBLISHED TIEBREAKERS, NOT BY CHANCE. THE PRIZES ARE FIXED AND PUBLISHED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES BEFORE THE PROMOTION PERIOD BEGINS; THEY DO NOT DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS, ON THE AMOUNT ANY PARTICIPANT PAYS, OR ON CHANCE. VOID IN ARIZONA, COLORADO, MARYLAND, AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW.  

2. Eligibility and Timing 

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Residents of Arizona, Colorado, and Maryland are not eligible to participate. Employees of COMC and members of their households are not eligible to participate. The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on October 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 15, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Eligible Cards must be received by either an authorized COMC representative at the COMC booth during The Philly Show on September 25-27, 2026, or at COMC’s facility in Algona, Washington, during the Promotion Period. COMC will identify the winners on or about November 15, 2026, after completing identification of Eligible Cards.

3. Points Competition and Eligible Cards 

To participate in the Points Competition, a participant must submit at least one Eligible Card under their COMC account through Elite Consignment or Direct to eBay Live. An “Eligible Card” is a card that: (1) appears on the Hot List (as defined below); (2) is physically received by either an authorized COMC representative at the COMC booth during The Philly Show on September 25-27, 2026, or at COMC’s designated facility at 650 Milwaukee Ave N, Algona, WA 98001, during the Promotion Period; and (4) is accepted and identified by COMC as eligible. For a submission at The Philly Show, COMC receives the cards when an authorized COMC representative accepts them at the COMC booth during the event. Later transport to the Algona facility or card identification does not change whether they were received during the event. Shipping and postmark dates do not determine eligibility. Rejected, withdrawn, returned, counterfeit, or otherwise ineligible cards do not qualify.

Participants in the Points Competition will be designated in one of two categories: 

  1. High-Volume Consignors: Participants who consigned more than 1,000 cards that COMC received between August 1, 2025, and September 22, 2026.
  2. Standard Consignors: Participants in the Points Competition who do not qualify as High-Volume Consignors.  

COMC will determine each participant’s category based on its records, and such determination is final. Each participant may compete in only one category, and their category will not change during the Promotion Period.  

4. Points 

Participants in the Points Competition will receive points for each Eligible Card as follows: 

  • Direct to eBay Live Eligible Card – 1 Point 
  • Elite Consignment Eligible Card – 2 Points 

Before accepting submissions for this Promotion at The Philly Show, COMC will publish the card categories and objective eligibility criteria included on the Hot List (“Hot List”). The Hot List may identify eligible cards by player, set, card type, serial numbering, or other stated characteristics and does not need to list every qualifying card individually. COMC will determine whether a card meets the published Hot List criteria using the card’s manufacturer-issued characteristics, its catalog records, and other reliable product information. A card need not have a COMC catalog entry before it is submitted. The criteria will remain fixed during the Promotion Period, except that COMC may correct clerical or technical errors. At the end of the Promotion Period, COMC will rank the participants in each category from the highest point total to the lowest. The six (6) highest-ranked participants in each category will receive the prizes identified in Section 5 for their respective ranks. To be eligible for any prize, a participant must earn at least one (1) point from an Eligible Card received during either qualifying receipt window described in these Official Rules. Any prize for which no participant qualifies will not be awarded. No participant may receive more than one prize. If two or more participants have the same number of points at the end of the Promotion Period, the following tiebreakers will be applied in order: (a) the most Eligible Cards submitted through Elite Consignment; (b) the earliest receipt of the participant’s first Eligible Card; and (c) the earlier creation of the participant’s COMC account. No tie will be resolved by chance, random drawing, or other random selection. COMC’s records determine card eligibility, receipt, category placement, and point totals. Points have no cash value and may not be sold or transferred.

5. Prizes and Winner Verification 

COMC will award the following prizes as part of the Promotion: 

  1. One (1) COMC store-credit prize of $250 to the first-ranked participant in each of the two Points Competition categories, for two (2) prizes in total. 
  1. One (1) COMC store-credit prize of $50 to each participant ranked second through sixth in each of the two Points Competition categories, for ten (10) prizes in total.  

The total value of all prizes is $1,000. The retail value of each prize is its stated face amount in COMC store credit, which may be applied toward any purchase for which COMC ordinarily accepts store credit. Six prizes are available in each category. Prizes are awarded by rank, rather than chance, so numerical odds do not apply. Each participant’s opportunity to win depends on the participant’s point total relative to the other participants in that category. Store credit will be added to each winner’s COMC account and will not expire or incur fees.  Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law. COMC may substitute a prize only with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside COMC’s reasonable control. COMC will notify potential winners by email. Potential winners must respond within five (5) business days and provide any information reasonably needed to confirm identity and eligibility. If a potential winner is disqualified, the prize will be offered to the next-highest eligible participant in that category. Verified prizes will be issued within thirty (30) days after verification. Winners are responsible for applicable federal, state, or local taxes and must provide any information COMC is legally required to collect. 

6. Prohibited Conduct and Administration 

No person may engage in the following activity: (1) using false information or another person’s identity; (2) creating or using multiple accounts to gain an advantage; (3) submitting counterfeit, fraudulent, or knowingly misidentified cards; (4) interfering with the Promotion; (5) using automated entry methods; (6) structuring, timing, or misreporting account or consignment activity for the purpose of obtaining a placement in a particular category; or (7) violating these Official Rules or applicable law. COMC may disqualify a participant, remove points, withhold a prize, or recover improperly awarded store credit if COMC reasonably determines a violation has occurred. COMC will administer the Promotion under these Official Rules and may correct clerical, technical, or calculation errors fairly and consistently.  

7. Changes and Publicity 

COMC may suspend, modify, or cancel all or part of the Promotion in the event of fraud, technical failure, operational disruption, legal requirements or circumstances outside of COMC’s reasonable control. If practical, COMC will award prizes using points earned before the issue occurred. COMC will not reduce, withdraw, or otherwise change the prizes described in Section 5, except as expressly permitted in Section 5 or where the Promotion is canceled in its entirety under this Section. Except where prohibited by law, COMC may publish a winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, and COMC username to announce the results.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability 

To the extent permitted by law, anyone who participates in the Promotion releases COMC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of a prize. COMC is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments, carrier errors, incorrect account information, unavailable networks, system interruptions, unauthorized human intervention, or submissions that are late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any right or liability that cannot legally be limited or waived. 

9. Privacy 

COMC will use information collected through the Promotion to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, award prizes, and comply with law. Personal information will be handled under COMC’s Privacy Policy. 

10. General Terms 

These Official Rules are governed by Washington law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Promotion must be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington. Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If promotional materials conflict with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control. If any provision of the Official Rules is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. COMC’s failure to enforce a provision does not waive that provision.
