Multi-player and multi-character cards do not qualify. COMC may use its catalog and manufacturer information to verify a card, but the absence of a pre-existing COMC catalog entry does not, by itself, make the card ineligible. A card must also meet all submission, receipt, and acceptance requirements in the Official Rules. Appearing on this Hot List alone does not guarantee that a card qualifies.
