1. Promotion and Sponsor
These official rules (“Official Rules”) govern the daily buyer and seller competitions held during COMC Black Friday Week & Cyber Monday 2026 (the “Promotion”), sponsored and administered by Check Out My, LLC (“COMC”), at 650 Milwaukee Ave N, Algona, WA 98001. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and COMC’s decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Promotion.
WINNERS ARE DETERMINED BY THE TOTAL DOLLAR VALUE OF QUALIFYING PURCHASES OR SALES AND BY PUBLISHED TIEBREAKERS. NO ELEMENT OF CHANCE IS INVOLVED. VOID IN ARIZONA, COLORADO, MARYLAND, AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old with a COMC account in good standing at the time of participation. Residents of Arizona, Colorado, and Maryland are not eligible to participate. Employees of COMC and members of their households are not eligible to participate. If an account is held by a business, the business is the participant, and COMC will issue any prize to that account.
3. Competition Periods
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on November 23, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, there will be eight daily competitions, each running from 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time to 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the respective dates shown below (each, a “Competition Day”).

4. Featured Categories
Each item on COMC belongs to a category, which is displayed on its COMC listing. COMC’s records of an item’s category at the time of sale control. Each Featured Category includes these COMC categories.
- Baseball, Basketball, Football, Hockey and Soccer: Items in the COMC category of the same name.
- TCG, Pop Culture, and Non-Sports: Items in the COMC Marvel, Non-Sports, Star Wars, Poker, Magic, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Gaming categories (including Star Wars, Star Trek, and Garbage Pail Kids items within those categories).
- All Cards: Items in every COMC category, except for Comics.
5. Qualifying Sales
Only items listed in a 2026 Black Friday Sale or 2026 Cyber Monday Sale created through COMC’s seller promotion tool are eligible. A 2026 Black Friday Sale will only count toward the Promotion on Competition Days from November 23, 2026, to November 29, 2026. A 2026 Cyber Monday Sale will only count toward the Promotion on November 30, 2026. Other sales and promotions on COMC, including but not limited to a Sale, a Port Sale, or the 2026 NBA Tip Off Promotion, do not qualify for this Promotion.
6. Qualifying Purchases
A purchase qualifies if it is an outright purchase of an item on COMC.com during a qualifying sale, within that day’s Featured Category, and completed during the Competition Day. Purchases paid with COMC store credit will count for the Promotion. Purchases made through COMC’s Make an Offer feature, including automatically accepted offers, do not qualify for buyers or sellers.
7. Qualifying Amount
Each qualifying purchase counts at the final item price paid after any seller promotional discount, excluding taxes, shipping, handling, and fees (the “Qualifying Amount”). The same Qualifying Amount counts toward the buyer’s total and the seller’s total.
8. Returns, Cancellations, and Related Accounts
Purchases that are canceled, returned, refunded, or charged back on or before December 14, 2026, are excluded from all totals. Purchases between the same person or household, or between accounts COMC determines are related, coordinated, or under common control, do not qualify.
9. Top Buyer and Top Seller
For each Competition Day, the eligible participant with the highest total Qualifying Amount of purchases is the Top Buyer, and the eligible participant with the highest total Qualifying Amount of sales is the Top Seller. If two or more participants have the same Qualifying Amount, the participant with the greater number of qualifying items in the Featured Category will win. If still tied, the participant who first reached the total Qualifying Amount will win. A participant may win on more than one Competition Day and may be both the Top Buyer and Top Seller.
10. Verification
COMC will verify eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules in identifying potential winners. COMC will notify potential winners by email to the address on their COMC account on or about December 18, 2026. If a potential winner is disqualified, the prize will go to the next-ranked eligible participant.
11. Prizes
There are sixteen (16) prizes with a total value of $1,900.
- One (1) COMC store credit prize of $100 to the Top Buyer and the Top Seller on each Competition Day from November 23-29, 2026, for a total of fourteen (14) prizes.
- One (1) COMC store credit prize of $250 to the Top Buyer and the Top Seller on the Competition Day of November 30, 2026, for a total of two (2) prizes.
Each prize is COMC store credit, which COMC will add to the winner’s COMC account within ten (10) business days after verification. Prize credit is subject to the same terms as other COMC store credit under COMC’s User Agreement. It does not expire, carries no fees, and cannot be transferred to another account. Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes. COMC may request tax information where required.
12. Prohibited Conduct
COMC may disqualify any participant, and void any purchase or sale, that it determines may involve manipulation, multiple or false accounts, self-dealing, coordinated buying or selling, fraud, or violation of these Official Rules or COMC’s terms of service.
13. Changes
COMC may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical problems, or other causes beyond its reasonable control affect its administration or fairness. Any change will be posted on COMC.com and will not reduce the prizes for activity already completed except in the case of fraud or violation of these Official Rules.
14. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, participants in the Promotion release COMC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising out of the Promotion or the acceptance or use of a prize. COMC is not responsible for technical failures, incorrect data entry, or errors in recording purchases or sales. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any right or liability that cannot legally be limited or waived.
15. Privacy
COMC will use information collected through the Promotion to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, award prizes, and comply with applicable law. Personal information will be handled under COMC’s Privacy Policy. COMC may identify winners by COMC username in its marketing channels.
16. General Terms
These Official Rules are governed by Washington law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Promotion must be brought in the state or federal courts in King County, Washington. Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If promotional materials conflict with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control. If any provision of the Official Rules is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. COMC’s failure to enforce a provision does not waive that provision.
