We’re making updates to COMC’s service levels and auction options starting today, October 1. These changes are designed to give you clearer choices, faster ways to sell, and more competitive payouts when it comes to your cards.
If you created a submission before today, don’t worry — your order will continue under the service levels you selected at that time.
- As of today October 1st, 2025, all due dates will be assigned based on when the package arrives to COMC, not when the ingestion service takes place. This means more predictable timing for you and your cards!
- Want cash now? Check out our more attractive auction offerings that include merging fees, so you pay less.
What’s Changing
Here are the updated turnaround times, fees and details for our core Ingestion Services:

What This Means For You:
- Elite remains 2 weeks at the same price – great for cards you want live quickly
- Select now has a 4-week turnaround – a dependable middle-ground option
- Standard remains 16 weeks with a small price adjustment, and a higher minimum of 100 cards – best for larger batches
- All packages will now be opened immediately when they arrive at COMC
Other Submission Options
- Direct-to-Grading: No changes, this will remain exactly the same as it’s been.
- Mailbox: No changes, still 2 weeks.

What’s New
For items still at home:
- Direct-to-Cash Auctions – Submit directly at checkout, cards are listed on eBay within 2 weeks. You’ll receive a cash payout after the sale based on final price (92–95%). Auctions will start at $9.99 and a $5 fee per item listing fee is applied post-sale if the sale price is below $1,000. You must configure your cash-out preferences at the time of submission.
For items already in your COMC inventory:
- Cash eBay Auctions – Same payout structure as Direct-to-Cash.
- Store Credit eBay Auctions – A simple way to turn sales into COMC credit, with just a 4% fee (minimum $0.99) – basically replacing our no-minimum auctions
What’s Staying
- Direct-to-Auction (Promoted Events) – Still available for marquee eBay events at 5% with $5 minimum.
- Live Auctions – No changes here, still 5% with $2 minimum.
What’s Retiring
The old Standard 7-Day and No-Minimum auctions have been retired. They’ve been replaced with the updated Cash and Store Credit eBay Auctions, giving you more direct and transparent options.

- Make auction options easier to understand, with clearer choices and competitive payouts
- Keep service levels aligned with what collectors actually need
- Provide more direct paths to cash for sellers looking for faster liquidity
