As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline and keep our services fast and affordable, we are changing the destination address for all card submissions from our office in Redmond, WA to our warehouse in Algona, WA.
Why We’re Making This Change
Our new submission address in Algona allows us to process incoming packages more efficiently and get your cards listed in your COMC inventory even faster. This move is part of our broader commitment to improving turnaround times and providing a better experience for our entire COMC community.
What This Means for You
- Faster processing: Direct submissions to our Algona location will reduce handling time and speed up listing.
- No shipping changes: There is no impact on our shipping processes, so expect the same great service.
- Effective immediately: The Algona, WA address is now the default destination for all new submissions through the Submission Wizard.
- Already shipped to Redmond? No problem! Any packages currently en route to the Redmond address will still be received and processed as usual.
