This week, due to the rising cost of shipping and supplies, COMC adjusted some of its shipping fees. Along the same lines, for the first time in 5 years, COMC will be increasing certain auction-related fees.
Effective today (May 29):
- For 7-day Auctions, the fee will increase from 3.5% to 5%, with a minimum of $5 and no maximum.
- For COMC’s Live Auctions, which are hosted on the eBay Live platform, the current fee of $0.99 + 5% will remain in place, but we are adding a minimum transaction fee of $2.
Today’s changes do not impact fees associated with No-Minimum Fee Auctions, which remain at $0.99 to list and 5% of the transaction fee.
Additionally, any items submitted for auction prior to today or those currently in the process of being transferred to COMC’s Soccer Kick-off Auction Event (June 8–15) will be grandfathered under the old fees.
