Order Fulfillment Team Member

COMC has exciting immediate opportunities for Order Fulfillment Team Members to join our team in our new headquarters located in Algona, WA! The Order Fulfillment Team Member will help store, organize, retrieve, and maintain the stock and the records for our warehouse.

Please note job training will take place in our Auburn and Tacoma locations for anyone hired in December 2020 or early January 2021. Our Algona headquarters will not open until late January 2021.

Ideal candidates will be passionate about collectible cards, have an exceptional attention to detail, and are driven to optimize, always looking for a way to improve processes and their personal workflow.

Shifts Available:
Flexible Full-time positions

1st shift: 5:30AM – 1:30PM

2nd shift: 2:00PM – 10:00PM

SUMMARY

Stores, organizes, retrieves, and maintains both stock and the records of items in the warehouse; assists as directed in shipping and processing tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Record Duties

  • Store, retrieve, and process warehouse orders through a computerized system.
  • Prepare fulfillment shipments to arrive at their destination on time.
  • Maintain inventory, shipping, and receiving records.
  • Interpret and prepare shipping notices, invoices, orders, and other records.
  • Verify goods received against orders or invoices.
  • Participate in the inspection and physical count of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Ensure accuracy in all levels of inventory management to provide correct inventory counts and valuations.
  • Report errors and missing inventory to shipping lead.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and a Windows OS environment.
  • Demonstrate delicate manual dexterity, handling small, fragile inventory with great precision and care over extended periods of time and at a swift pace.
  • Maintain inventory with care.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of collectible cards is preferable.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent attention to detail.
Accuracy in all processing functions.
Excellent customer service skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Comfort with digital communication via email or chat services such as Skype, Teams, Zoom, etc.

The position requires the ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up-to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up-to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Specific vision abilities required by this job are close, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The ability to compare small details between two images for accuracy. The ability to view a computer monitor for extended periods.
