COMC – e-Pack Team Member

COMC has exciting immediate opportunities for e-Pack Team Members to join our team in Redmond, WA! This position will provide support with incoming submissions of cards we receive through Upper Deck’s e-Pack program, as well as assisting with the process of receiving, storing, and shipping these cards. This is an entry-level position for someone looking to start their career!

SUMMARY

Stores, organizes, retrieves, and maintains both stock and the records of items in warehouse; assists as directed in shipping and processing tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Record Duties

  • Store, retrieve, and process warehouse orders through a computerized system.
  • Maintain inventory, shipping, and receiving records.
  • Verify goods received against orders or invoices.
  • Participate in the inspection and physical count of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Insure accuracy in all levels of inventory management to provide correct inventory counts and valuations.
  • Report errors and missing inventory to shipping lead.
  • Demonstrate delicate manual dexterity, handling small, fragile inventory with great precision and care over extended periods of time and at a swift pace.
  • Maintain inventory with care.
  • Assist leads and managers in all organization projects.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of collectible cards is preferable.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent attention to detail.
Accuracy in all processing functions.
Excellent customer service skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Moderate familiarity with Windows based computer system required.

The position requires the ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Specific vision abilities required by this job are close, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The ability to compare small details between two images for accuracy. The ability to view a computer monitor for extended periods.
