Reports To: Canadian Operations Manager
SUMMARY
Accurately sort, identify, catalog, and list consigned Sports, Non-Sports, and Gaming cards, as well as comics; assists as directed in shipping and processing tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Record Duties
- Identify unlicensed, unsupported, counterfeit, altered, or suspicious inventory.
- Identify the catalog information for many thousands of trading cards each week.
- Correct or update database information where appropriate.
- Insure accuracy in all levels of inventory management to provide correct inventory counts and valuations.
- Report errors and missing inventory to lead.
- Maintain inventory with care.
- Assist leads and managers in all organization projects.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of collectible cards is preferable.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent attention to detail.
Working knowledge of sports, non-sports, and gaming cards.
Accuracy in all processing functions.
Excellent customer service skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Moderate familiarity with Windows based computer system required; ability to use 10-key for data entry.

Specific vision abilities required by this job are close, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The ability to compare small details between two images for accuracy. The ability to view a computer monitor for extended periods.
