Announcing our new COMC Live Chat & Help Center services

As part of our efforts to improve your customer experience, we’ve launched additional support resources to provide you immediate answers to your questions. Check out the new services we’re offering!


COMC Live Chat Service

Have you tried out our new Live Chat service yet? You may have noticed a new red bubble in the lower right-hand corner of our website that says “Support.” When you have a question or need assistance during our Live Chat hours, we’re available to provide immediate assistance. Our team of Live Chat agents are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm PST. To connect with an agent, simply click on the chat box, type your question, and hit “Enter.” This will provide the option to view the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to your question or to begin a “Live Chat,” allowing you to chat with COMC staff in real time!

You may have also noticed our email response times are now vastly improved and that you receive a prompt response during business hours. If you have an urgent matter, Live Chat is a great way to get it resolved immediately. We’re thrilled to offer real-time support to answer your questions and we look forward to chatting with you!


COMC Help Center

We recently launched our COMC Help Center to provide you with easily accessible resources to many of your FAQs. We encourage you to check out the Help Center to find helpful information to further improve your experience and knowledge about our services.

You can access the Help Center directly or by selecting the red “Support” bubble on the website to view all of the topics covered by the Help Center.

We will continue adding resources and information, including video tutorials and information on promotions and events, so make sure to check back often!

COMC’S Basketball & Football Rookie Submission Discount

Receive discounts on eligible Basketball & Football Rookie Cards through October 29th!

Send your items in today to receive discounted processing fees on eligible Basketball & Football Rookie & RC Parallels.

COMC Basketball & Football Rookie Submission Discount Requirements:

  • Cards must be Basketball or Football Rookie or RC Parallels from Panini Prizm, Optic, or Select
  • Eligible years include 2018 – Present
  • Cards must be submitted with Select or Elite processing and can be combined with other items
  • Cards MUST BE RECEIVED at COMC by October 29th

How is the discount applied?

  • Eligible cards included in your Select or Elite submissions will automatically receive the discount
  • SELECT processing is $0.25 per eligible card (normally $1.00 per card)
  • ELITE processing is $1.00 per eligible card (normally $2.00 per card)
  • There are no additional fees for standard-size graded cards
  • The discount does not apply to the Mailbox package fee, toploader removal fee, or the missing/incorrect paperwork fee

The following cards are NOT eligible for this promotion:

  • Collegiate draft picks sets
  • Insert rookie sets including: Prizm Instant Impact, Select Futures, Rookie Phenoms, and all similar sets

COMC Company Update – October 2021

October Message from the President

Thank you for your continued support as part of the COMC community. Not only are we excited to be entering basketball, football, and hockey season, but we are blessed to be a part of this fun and fast-moving industry. We have made some heavy investments this year as your trusted partner, so you can buy, sell, and flip cards. We focused our efforts on improving customer experience by reducing response times to customer inquiries, decreasing shipping times, and optimizing our quality assurance processes.

We are happy to share our wins! Our Rushed shipping service is now going out in under 4 days. We are making consistent progress each week to clear out the Economy shipping backlog and reduce our Economy ship times. You should expect to see Economy ship times decrease to 1 month by Black Friday.

We are providing same-day responses to customer inquiries. To continue our mission to deliver the best-in-class customer experience, we are enhancing the customer resources available in our COMC Help Center, extending our Live Chat hours, and optimizing our website.

Our focus is now on driving your sales. We launched our new Fresh Pulls discount, so you can get your in-demand items for sale cost-effectively while decreasing the turnaround time to list and sell them. In addition to this new offering, we will be promoting Elite and Auction items both directly through our COMC channels and in partnership with eBay.

With the holiday season quickly approaching, we will keep optimizing to help you find more of the cards you want while better supporting you to increase your sales and get more eyes on your cards.
