COMC Hot List: September 18 – October 2

Hello COMC Nation! Where does the time go? It feels like yesterday when it was summer, when the sun was shining and everyone was talking baseball. Now, with fall right around the corner, football is on everyone’s minds, as the days get shorter and the nights get just a little cooler.

While the nation seems to shift its focus to Sundays, the intrepid crew at COMC is still keeping their eyes on all the various sports and figuring out the players and sets that are going to be “Hot List” worthy over the next 2 weeks. After a little negotiation and some back & forth between our team members, we seem to have come to some agreement. So, please check out the Hot List for September 18th to October 2nd:

The Hot List Theme

With the NFL Season underway, we thought that if it ain’t broke, we don’t need to fix it. So, we’re going to keep 2013 football RC’s as the Hot List theme again – meaning any NFL player whose Rookie Card is part of a 2013 football set is eligible for the current Hot List.

So what does being on the Hot List mean?

COMC wants to encourage our users to get these hot cards into your accounts to offer for sale as quickly as possible, so starting today, any cards submitted for the Hot List will qualify for our “Hot List Special” processing. With this service, you will receive One Day processing at the special Hot List price: $0.50 per raw card and $1.00 per graded, encased, or jumbo card.

  1. Was hoping for some Andrew McCutchen love after making a large purchase of his stuff this week 🙂
Kudos to COMC for the level of integrity this site continues to maintain. A shining example that many others fail to live up to.

    • Really appreciate the kind words. If COMC could be known for one thing I’d personally want it to be integrity, so that means a lot.

  2. I have an off topic comment. I subminted 2 cards for beckett grading 1 on Aug 19 & aug 26 still haven’t got them back how long does it take. Also I wish you could track they on my dashboard all it said under my grading is when you submitted they not the due date. Thanks

    • Hi Ken! Beckett submissions generally take about 5 weeks to get back. So, the card you sent in for August 19th should be back today (September 23rd) and the card submitted on the 26th should be back on September 30th.

If there are any delays after these dates, please contact our customer service department ( and they’ll be able to assist you further. Thanks!

      • Neither one? I’m very sorry to hear that – please email our customer service team ( with your details and they’ll do a deeper investigation, and get to the bottom of this for you. Thanks for your patience.

  3. Please fix the ‘Item Details’ page
the ‘Matching Items Currently For Sale’ now shows the price after $.25 S&H instead of the usual base price
