A few weeks ago we history with more than 1 million different cards for sale.
Today we crossed 3 million total cards for sale.
That means that we have an average of 3 copies of each card for you to choose from. As a result, we are working on some improvements to the Card Details page to optimize for a better experience when choosing between the different copies of the same card. We look forward to pushing out that update in the next few days.
Here is a sneak peak at the new design. It is still rough, but you get the idea where we are going.
I like it!
looks nice… especially for vintage… any chance you will add features to sort by such as #’d, game used, auto etc?
We are working on that too, but that is a much larger feature and will take us longer to build.
Congratulations on reaching this amazing mile-marker. I’m happy to say I have contributed to this great feat and to help it grow in the future.
I love the new Card Detail feature for buying and selling of vintage cards.
Congratulations on the 3 Million Cards Milestone
This is great. It will be a great addition to the site.
IMO, the Watch This Item, Buy Now, etc. links should be featured a little more prominently. And you should go back to including “owner” (or perhaps Seller) before each owner’s name. And what happened to the back scan previews? I’m assuming you have to click on the front scan to access them.
All of these changes might be fine for experienced users of the site–but they might not be so great for newcomers.
In fact, I’d imagine that the the entire site is a little confusing for people unfamiliar with it. I think you should add a “How CheckOutMyCards Works” link to the top of every page within the site.

I like it for getting good comparisons in front of the viewer. It looks a little strange when there is only one copy of a card, a bit too far off center.
Good point. I updated it so that it isn’t wide if there are less than 3 of a card for sale.
