For Sale: $10 Million

No, COMC is not for sale, but we did just cross $10 million in book value worth of cards for sale.

$100K to $10 Million in less than 4 years is not too shabby… We also just crossed 900,000 different cards for sale in the past couple days.

Who has the largest inventory of sports cards in the world? Do you think COMC will ever catch them? If so, how long do you think it will take?

  1. *****WOWWWWWWWWW*****

Congradulations!!!!! You are in “First Place” in my book and totally in the hobby!!!
I don’t think anyone is going to catch up and pass COMC off ….WAY TO GO!
Glad to be part of it ….Thanx for a great website for card collectors!

  2. This is my 3rd year on this site and i want to make this month my most selling month ever. Visit me csg23 and congrats on the 10 million book value

  3. Without spamming my cards I would love to extend my congratulations on the great milestone of $10 Million of Cards for sale. Passing the 1,000,000 mark for unique cards on the site will also be an impressive milestone that will be here before we know it.

  5. Yeah, come on guys. There are plenty of other places to tell people to check out your cards.

I always thought of Burbank as the holy grail of selection, but I think they only had six or seven million cards in stock. Even if Sportlots has this many cards, you have to pay separately for shipping, and there are no pictures!

The congratulations belong to every seller on here who has sent in even one card. Just as “every vote counts,” every card counts. We all contribute to make COMC what it is today.

    • Agree here …Congradulations is for COMC and for every seller here ……not for spamming 🙁

  6. Sportlots have more cards but that is because their structure allows for the selling of commons. COMC probably has more quality cards.

    • Sportlots doesn’t house all the cards for their sellers. What I would like to know is this. What physical warehouse has the largest volume of organized singles? In other words… What is the largest one stop shop for singles?

  7. I don’t know how to use any of the forums. So I appologize for using this site to promote my cards. I only have about 500 card in my portfolio and would like to sell the entire thing as a group. Anyone interested please make an offer.

  8. Here is to $10M more (I need to finish my personal collections!!!)

Seriously, I have sold a ton and bought even more. Thanks for providing an excellent service!

  9. At present, there are 4.6 million listings on eBay in the Sports Cards category. Of course, many of those listings contain more than one card, and a seller might have several copies of the same card as one listing. Nevertheless, I think that, at some point in the not-too-distant future, there will be more cards listed on Checkoutmycards than there are card listings on all of eBay.

  10. About a year ago, I met D.Dearing at a card show and he mentioned a new site called COMC.I have never been so impressed with a sports site. Congratulations to everyone in your organization for hitting the $10,000,000 mark. Keep up the good work and if there anything we can do to help when submitting our cards let us know.
